Privacy Policy
Deep IP Trace is designed to collect only the information required to run a requested network analysis and extension features.
Browser analysis
We do not store diagnostic results, browsing history, visited URLs, page contents, cookies, accounts, or a device fingerprint. The public IP endpoint necessarily receives the connecting public IP to return it to your browser. Deep IP Trace does not add that address to a persistent results database.
WebRTC analysis sends network probes to third-party STUN servers. Those providers receive the request needed to return ICE candidate evidence and handle it under their own policies.
When the map locates a public address, that address is sent to a third-party IP geolocation provider to return an approximate location.
Chrome extension data
Opening the extension popup automatically starts an in-memory IP exposure analysis. The public IP endpoint receives the connecting address and third-party STUN servers receive WebRTC probes. The displayed addresses and result are discarded when the popup closes.
Protection preferences and any origins you explicitly allow are stored locally in Chrome. Selected allowlist origins are not uploaded to Deep IP Trace.
WebRTC Protection requests optional access to HTTP and HTTPS sites only when enabled. It disables WebRTC connection and media capture APIs in the page context, except on origins you add to the local allowed-sites list. The current page reloads automatically when the setting changes; other already-open pages may need a reload.
Retention and contact
Deep IP Trace does not retain diagnostic results. Cloudflare processes Worker requests and associated network metadata as the hosting provider. For privacy questions, contact privacy@deepiptrace.com.
Chrome Web Store Limited Use
Deep IP Trace's use of information received from Chrome APIs complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
